Application

​一般申請 General Application

​校內單位場地借用知 (In-campus Venue Borrowing)​

  • 藝術中心開放時間為週一至週六09：00-17：00，國定假日及連假不開放，場地借用時間，請以開放時間為限。

  • 不得攜帶飲料、食物、寵物、雨傘進入展場，以維護環境衛生。

  • 應將場地整理清潔，不得遺留垃圾，以維護環境整潔。

  • 各式活動須知：​​

    1. 表演

      1. 表演所需物品應自行搬運，借用物品應主動歸還。

      2. 因藝術中心地下室為易習堂，為避免影響其他同學，如需要彩排，請於場地借用申請時注明，並向本中心協調時間並請注意音量。

      3. 借用時間應於表演2個月前提出申請，並向本中心確認行事曆以免撞期。

  • 凡借用物品者，需另填寫「物品借用單」，並請指導老師或單位主管簽章。

  • 如須張貼海報、標語等，應經本中心同意，並在指定地點張貼。

  • 未經同意，不得進入藝術中心倉庫取用物品。

  • 嚴禁擅自開啟電源開關，以免發生危險；請勿觸摸消防開關，以免啟動火災警報器。

  • 借用場地應填申請單，經指導老師簽章後，送藝術中心備查。

  • 如有問題請洽藝術中心，電話分機2646。

 

備註：校外單位借用場地時，應經專案審核，並至出納組繳交場地維護費。

導覽申請 (Tour Guide Application)

凡十人以上皆可接受預約

Applications are accepted for any group of ten or more

​展覽申請 Exhibition Application

  • 申請資格 Applicant Qualifications

凡從事藝術創作之個人或團體皆可提出申請。

Solo or Group Artists ​

  • 申請時間 Application Time

每年五月底前受理翌年度檔期申請。

Accepts application before May 31 for exhibitions the following year​

  • 申請展覽必備資料 Submission

(一)填具展覽申請表乙份 Application Form （including CV)

(二)展覽規劃書Exhibition Plan

(三)代表展出作品資料 ArtWork Examples

1.個人或聯展：作品照片10-15張，聯展每人至少需提出作品照片2張，不得有一人照片過半數(附件3和4)，立體或其他裝置請另外提供完整規劃圖。

Solo or Group Exhibition :Ten to Fifteen images of art works; For group exhibition, please submit at least 2 images of each artist. For 3D artworks, please provide floor plan.

        2.藝術團體：畫冊及展者名冊各壹份。

Art Groups: Provide a copy of artwork album and artist name list​

  • 檔期安排Schedule

  1. 四週至八週為原則，展出時間由本中心排定。
    Exhibition schedule ranges from four to eight weeks, and will be arranged by the Art Center.

  2. ​申請人(或團體)在接獲通知後請依排定之檔期按時展出，如因故無法如期展出，請於收到通知後三十天內通知本中心，且一年內不得再向本中心提出展覽申請。
    If the applicants/artists can’t put on the exhibition as scheduled, please notify Art Center 30 days after receiving the notification and applicants can’t apply for the exhibition again within 1 year.
